On most occasions, Hello Botanical is unable to accept returns after an order has been delivered. However, we will accept returns/exchanges of our apparel, due to sizing issues. In the rare event of damaged goods, we will replace any items damaged upon review of your photo. However, this very rarely happens as we use door to door courier services.
