**IMPORTANT NOTE - PLEASE READ:Prior to adding alcohol to your gift, please read the following. All these conditions (as informed by Vic Gov) must be met otherwise we will contact you about your order to amend it or refund you.
- Alcoholic drinks can only be delivered by our door to door couriers, which means only local Melbourne or Geelong delivery is available when you include alcohol.
- Alcoholic drinks cannot be sent on their own. They must be sent in addition to a plant and/or other (non-alcoholic) gifts. The total cost of alcohol in your order must be not be more than 50% of your total order cost.
- The volume of liquor purchased per customer in one day, must not be more than 1.5 litres (e.g., max 2 x 750ml bottles of wine).
- The gift purchaser and the recipient of the gift must be over 18. If our couriers think the recipient is under 21, ID will be requested. By placing an alcohol order, the customer is agreeing and verifying that they are over 18. If HB are suspicious we may request a copy of your ID be sent to us via a trusted digital service.
- Due to point 4 above, there can be no authority to leave (ATL) at the premises if no one is home, when delivering alcohol. If the recipient is not home, your gift will be returned to us and you will be contacted in order to pay the re-delivery fee.
