Hot Luck Vegan Fish Sauce
Created by wildly talented chef Gaspar Tse who cut his teeth in some of Australia's best restaurants over the last 10 years, during COVID he saw an opportunity to create some amazing condiments.
This is Hot Luck's version of a vegan fish sauce. Originally created to ferment kimchi, this super soy is created by infusing fermented mushrooms, spices, and kombu in white soy.
Great depth and a balanced saltiness makes it the perfect substitute for any recipe that calls for salt or soy sauce.
Try making a dressing by combining it with sesame oil, lime juice and chilli!
