Chotto Motto started out by selling this Chilli Oil from their gyoza shop in Collingwood (Melbourne) in July 2019. It's now an iconic and signature condiment for many enthusiasts. It doesn't pack a huge chilli hit, instead it excels due to its unique crunchy bits provided by frying garlic, spring onions and dried chillies in sesame and vegetable oils.
This chilli oil can be used in a myriad of ways and is an instant way to add a punch of flavour, texture and subtle spice to any dish.
