MARTINI (85ml)
The Martini is so strong and sexy, simply ordering one is enough to make us weak at the knees. This is a 'wet' style with a ratio of gin to vermouth at 2:1.
Ingredients: Tanqueray gin, Dolin dry vermouth, orange bitters, water. Serve ice cold in a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon twist or olive. 24% Alc.

NEGRONI (85ml)
Reviewed as 'one of the best Negronis we've ever had. Anywhere. Ever.' by World's 50 Best Bars. The secret is in the vermouth ...
Ingredients: Tanqueray gin, Cocchi sweet vermouth, Campari, water. Serve ice cold in a rocks glass and garnish with an orange twist. 21% Alc.

MANHATTAN (85ml)
An elegant, boozy cocktail that dates back to the 1870s. Rich with vermouth and a spicy kick of Rye.
Ingredients: Bulleit rye whiskey, Cocchi sweet vermouth, Angostura bitters & water. 25% Alc.

OLD FASHIONED (80ml)
There are many ways to make this drink. The Everleigh’s version is what they call the Old Old Fashioned - no salad, no over-dilution, just great bourbon, bitters and sugar.
Ingredients: Bulleit bourbon, Angostura bitters, sugar & water. 29% Alc.

COFFEE HOUSE (80ml)
The Coffee House is a boozy party starter, featuring cold brew coffee liqueur from Mr Black. Inspired by Heartbreaker, the naughty sister bar of The Everleigh, this is a rock 'n' roll riff on a caffeinated classic. 
Ingredients: Mr Black Cold Brew Coffee Liqueur, Calle 23 tequila, orange bitters. 24% Alc.

Prior to adding alcohol to your gift, please read the following. All these conditions (as informed by Vic Gov) must be met otherwise we will contact you about your order to amend it or refund you. 

1. Alcoholic drinks can only be delivered by our door to door couriers, which means only local Melbourne or Geelong delivery is available when you include alcohol. 
2. Alcoholic drinks cannot be sent on their own. They must be sent in addition to a plant and/or other (non-alcoholic) gifts. The total cost of alcohol in your order must be not be more than 50% of your total order cost.
3. The volume of liquor purchased per customer in one day, must not be more than 1.5 litres (e.g., max 2 x 750ml bottles of wine). 
4. The recipient of the gift must be over 18. If our couriers think the recipient is under 21, ID will be requested. 
5. There can be no authority to leave (ATL) at the premises if no one is home, when delivering alcohol. If the recipient is not home, your gift will be returned to us and you will be contacted in order to pay the re-delivery fee.
