'Punchy' is made with Coratina olive trees and cold-pressed within hours of harvest to improve health benefits and maintain its unique flavour profile. It is a rich finishing extra virgin olive oil that adds complexity, fruitiness and flavour.
This well-balanced oil includes qualities of thickness and roundness, and can be paired with a variety of food. It also goes very well with desserts, ice cream and chocolate.
'Smooth' is made with Arbosana olive trees and cold-pressed within hours of harvest to improve health benefits and maintain its unique flavour profile. This is a beautiful, balanced, golden oil that can be paired with most dishes.
The ultimate kitchen staple. A small drizzle (or a solid glug) will make any dish stand out. This oil can also be used for cooking as it's flavour won't overwhelm your dish. Enjoy Smooth in soups and dips, on grilled fish and baked into muffins.
