Bahen & Co makes stone ground chocolate from bean to bar. A traditional approach to chocolate making that returns to a slower pace of a previous time. The chocolate factory operates from the family farm in Margaret River - Western Australia.

Almond & Sea Salt 70%
Bahen Co's house blend chocolate meets the finest of almonds, slow roasted with their farm grown olive oil. Finished with hand harvested sea salt. 
Ingredients: Cocoa beans, organic raw sugar, Margaret River olive oil, Australian almonds & Maldon sea salt. 

Raspberry & Rose 70%
Field ripened raspberries meet their house blend chocolate, finished with Persian rose petals.
Ingredients: Cacao Beans, Organic Raw sugar, Raspberry, Rose Petals & Natural Rose Oil.

Madagascar 70% Cacao
Established in the Sambirano Valley - circa 1920's. A lively chocolate of citrus, rum and raisin flavour.
Ingredients: Organic cocoa beans & organic raw sugar.

Honey Macadamia Organic Milk
Slow roasted Australian Macadamias drizzled with Jarrah honey meet Bahen Co's organic milk chocolate.
Ingredients: Cocoa beans, organic raw sugar, organic milk powder, organic cacao butter, macadamias & Jarrah honey.

Papua New Guinea 70% Cacao
Sourced from a volcanic valley on the wild isles of Papua New Guinea. This heirloom cacao exhibits flavours of raspberry cream & citrus fruits.
Ingredients: Cocoa beans & organic raw sugar. 

Columbian Coffee
A rich and nutty espresso bar, handcrafted on the Margaret River using beans sourced from the plateau of Popayan, Colombia. Arabic beans are slow roasted and blended with Bahen & Co's signature 70% dark chocolate blend.

Orange & Hazelnut
Zesty sun ripened Valencia oranges and slow roasted hazelnuts meet Bahen & Co's house blend chocolate. 
Ingredients:  Cacao beans, organic raw sugar, orange & hazelnuts.

Organic Milk
Madagascan cacao from the Somia Plantation, combined with organic milk. The combination is distinctively creamy with notes of caramel & shortbread.

70% House Blend
A selection of single plantation cacao's stone ground to produce a complex chocolate in a distinct house style.
