ARCHIE ROSE BLOODY MARY (150ml) 
A partnership between Archie Rose Distilling Co Vodka and Melbourne manufacturer Jarnsaxa, whose Doom Brew Bloody Mary mix is without doubt the best combination of local produce, spice, and knowledge. Doom Brew is made from fresh Australian tomatoes, elevated by freshly squeezed lemon juice. Jarnsaxa add body and flavour by using three varieties of Mexican chillies, organic and unrefined sugar, ethically sourced pink-lake salt from North-Western Victoria, over a dozen carefully blended spices and a Jarnsaxa-made and fermented Worcestershire sauce. 9% Alc.

PLANTATION FANCY PINEAPPLE RUM DAIQUIRI (150ml)
Plantation Stiggins Fancy Pineapple Rum is paired with pineapple infused in Plantation Original Dark rum. Both distillate and fruit infusion are finally blended together, creating a rich and delicious pineapple bouquet, accented by smoky and clove notes. With the addition of Australian central coast limes, locally prepared agave syrup and Australian pressed cane sugar, it’s as fancy, sweet and beautiful as they come. 18.5% Alc.

TEQUILA TROMBA BLOODY MARIA - LIMITED EDITION (130ml)
Made with house favourite, Tequila Tromba Blanco, and the killer Doom Brew from Australian makers Jarnsaxa, this is an old classic reimagined. Think halfway between Bloody Mary and Margarita and you're just about there. This is a one off, short run, limited edition. Maria's on the run and can't stay for too long. 9% Alc.

TEQUILA TROMBA TOMMY’S MARGARITA (130ml)
Tequila Tromba is a peerless highland tequila produced by Marco Cedano (formerly a master distiller at Don Julio) out of Jalisco Mexico. Here, it is so elegantly married by the crisp, acid sweet profile of Australian central coast limes, balanced to perfection by locally prepared agave syrup. 18.5% Alc. 

FOUR PILLAR’S NEGRONI (140ml)
The unmistakable bitter orange profile of Campari - without which a Negroni may not be made - acts perfectly as the foundation for the elegant and refined Mancino Vermouth Rosso, created by superstar bartender Giancarlo Mancino. Tempered by the inclusion of juniper elements and elevated by Never Never Distilling Co's multi Gold Medal winning Triple Juniper Gin. TRADER VIC'S MAI TAI - JACOBY'S TIKI BAR COLLAB (130ml)
The Tahitian have a saying "Maita'i roa ae" which translates to "the very best", and when we talk about cocktails, the Trader Vic's Mai Tai is exactly that. Peerlessly blended aged and unaged rums with the dry and complex bitter orange tones of the Pierre Ferrand Dry Curacao elevate the heat and develop the foundations of the citrus flavours. All of which are brought gently to balance by the charmingly sweet tones of Crawley's Orgeat syrup.
