Goldi's Aceto Balsamic Vinegar is sourced from the famous region of Modena Italy. It has been created by a celebrated European producer, just for Goldi. Aged 10 years to perfection: it's a true powerhouse of flavour without the sharpness of a newer vinegar, allowing its finer tasting notes to emerge.
It is perfect to dress, dip or marinate. It also works well when reduced to a glaze and served over your favourite protein, Caprese-style salad or a fruity dessert.
