Lello Artisan Pasta
Lello Artisan pasta uses Australian durum wheat semolina and a production method which retains all nutritional properties. Working in small batches, all their pastas go through bronze die extruders, giving the pasta a rough texture that holds sauces perfectly.
Two options available: Trottole and Casarecce
With its shape resembling a 'spinning top’ this pasta is perfect with capturing hearty vegetable sauces or baked with ricotta, pancetta and mushrooms.
This twisted scroll like shape goes perfectly with hearty Sugo’s, chunky meat ragu or fresh seafood with olive oil and fresh tomatoes.
